PRE – OWNED CARS
Most customers buying a new BMW have a trade-in to dispose
of and in October 2002 a specialist division was started
in Abu Dhabi Motors with the following objectives:
| To improve the
re-sale value of BMW's in the UAE by controlling
the market through accepting and selling used cars.
In the past there was too much reliance on the sub-dealers
to absorb used cars and the fact remains that the
main dealer is a more accurate estimator on the
actual value of pre-owned cars. |

was brought in to manage this specialist division
and set out to staff the department with friendly,
professional and helpful salespeople, which we found
in Nabil, Mustafa and Awss. The focus is on building
long term relationships with customers based on
honesty, trust and reliability. |
| The used car showroom
was built in the basement of the BMW showroom in
Khalidiya on the corners of Sheikh Zayed the First
and 32nd streets. All systems processes and corporate
identity are the same as for new car department
of BMW. |
We do many checks and balances to ensure only reliable,
quality cars are supplied from Abu Dhabi Motors by taking
the following actions:
Every trade-in or direct purchase undergoes a thorough
examination to check for any accident damage, necessary
repairs required, undue wear and tear, etc.
Vehicles with a poor service history, ultra high mileage
and accident damage are not considered for re-sale from
our premises.
The service and mileage records of all cars sold by us
are checked.
